Judge Jason Fleming is an award-winning Circuit Judge from Christian County. He has served the Christian Circuit Court for over 17 years as a Family Court Judge dealing with the most sensitive and personal issues that come before the court system. He has protected families and children his entire career and makes decisions with compassion and understanding while adhering to the law.
Judge Fleming is running for the Kentucky Court of Appeals for the 1st District, 2nd Division. It is comprised of the following 23 counties in Western Kentucky:

Judge Fleming has been recognized for his fairness, legal ability, and dedication to the rule of law.
Among the awards that he has received, he was the 2023 recipient of the J.David Rosenberg UK College of Law Distinguished Jurist Award and the 2024 American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers’ Judge of the Year.
He also was recognized as the 2023 Outstanding Judge given by the Kentucky Citizens Foster Care Review Board. He also won the 2011 Outstanding Young Lawyer Award given by the Kentucky Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’ Section. Moreover, when he was an Assistant Christian County Attorney, he became one of the only prosecutors to ever receive the Public Advocate Award given by Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy (Kentucky’s Public Defender System).
Judge Fleming has also taught attorneys and judges on the local, state, and national level. He has been involved in nearly 75 presentations during his career. Judge Fleming is on the National Council for Juvenile and Family Court Judges’ Military Committee and has presented multiple times for them on a national level regarding the unique challenges of military families in civilian courts.
